To preserve absolute client privacy and security, all orders are packaged in tamper-evident, unmarked outer boxes. There are no outer labels or logos indicating precious metals or high value.
Orders paid via cleared electronic funds transfer or instant card payments are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Live tracking references are emailed directly to clients upon dispatch.
Couriers will strictly require photo identification matching the order invoice and a physical signature upon delivery. Parcels will never be left unattended under Authority to Leave (ATL) requests.
Clients preferring in-person collection may select store pickup at our main branch. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the counter prior to order release.
